For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content, this platform uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.
When using our trading platform, we collect the following data:
When using our platform for informational purposes only, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our platform.
To make your visit to our platform attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which are automatically deleted when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for longer).
Insofar as personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR either for the performance of the contract, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in the case of consent given, or in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the platform.

When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is processed - solely for the purpose of processing and answering your inquiry and only to the extent required for this purpose. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.
In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed to the extent required in each case when you provide us with this data when opening a customer account. You can delete your customer account at any time and can do so by sending a message to the above address of the controller. After deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted unless all contracts concluded have been fully processed, no statutory retention periods oppose this and we have no legitimate interest in further storage.
We use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA) to send email notifications, including trading signals and platform updates. The processing of your email address is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of the contract and in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective communication with our users.
Resend processes your data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Resend. Processing usually takes place within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. However, data transmission to the USA cannot be ruled out. When transmitting data from the EU to the USA, Resend relies on the so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.
You can deactivate email notifications at any time via the settings in your account or unsubscribe by sending a corresponding message to the controller mentioned above.
If you choose a payment method from the payment service provider Stripe, payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we pass on your information provided during the ordering process together with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Stripe reserves the right to carry out a credit check based on mathematical-statistical procedures in order to safeguard the legitimate interest in determining the user's ability to pay. The personal data required for a credit check and collected in the context of payment processing may be passed on by Stripe to selected credit agencies. You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to Stripe. However, Stripe may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual processing of payments.
We use Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992) as a database and authentication service provider. Supabase stores and processes your personal data on our behalf to provide platform functionality.
The processing of your data by Supabase is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of the contract. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Supabase, which obliges Supabase to protect the data of our users and not to pass it on to third parties.

However, data transmission to third countries cannot be ruled out. When transmitting data from the EU to third countries, Supabase relies on the so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.

The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if relevant - additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). When processing personal data on the basis of express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR, this data is stored until the data subject withdraws their consent. If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the framework of legal business or similar obligations, this data is routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage.
